Let me start of by saying I've stayed in a Quality In hotel before and this one has been the worst.. first of all after we had checked in got the room and realized there was no water, we checked with front desk and she apparently FORGOT to mentioned that so she gave us cookies to "compensate"? The City came to try to fix it, after 3.5 hrs we checked in we finally got water. The front staff not very friendly at night. We found the packet with creamer and sugar was open. In the shower there were hairs. The phone had no dial tone. We stayed for 2 nights on second night when we got to the room, the room key was not working had to go downstairs to front desk and again they FORGOT to mentioned they programmed the keys on daily basis. It was a hazle with kids and a baby and it was cold we had to wait outside our room. Breakfast is fine! But other than that no thanks! If we come back to Phoenix we won't stay here that's for sure!
