This is a mixed review: Been a tenant here for several years. Joanne and Genesis at the front desk are super: always friendly and upbeat. Sales manager Theresa is always looking to improve our experience here. For all of the friendliness of these three, that's about all I can say that's positive. I needed some assistance one day recently and neither of the "regulars" were at the front. Spoke to a gal named Jen (dark haired) who was so unfriendly, unhelpful and downright rude that I walked away and waited until later for help when she was gone.
