Set up an appointment for a quote on a Thursday but he didn't show up. I called to see what was up and said he thought it was for Friday. No big deal. Rescheduled for an hour window on Friday (today) and he did not show up for a second time. No call or anything. I rarely post reviews for anything but in this case I thought it was warranted. Wasted a chunk of my day for nothing. If something came up that's fine, but at least have the courtesy to call.
