I gave her the benefit of the doubt despite some negative reviews... I went twice in the past and she was great both times. I was going to go today but she was AWFUL! She chastised me for not printing out a groupon (even though you can use it on your phone). I offered to pay cash instead which was fine. I pulled out by $40 for the $37.80 massage and she immediately said "my cash register is out of electricity." I responded with "well the extra cash will go towards your tip." She said, "What are you trying to do? Get me in trouble with the law for accepting extra money when my cash registering isn't working?" I obviously wasn't and told her so. She responded with "Well you can report me to the better business bureau and leave feedback online!" I reminded her, "I have been here twice before and the experience was never like this. I I will be taking my business else where." She responded with "Good. This is how business works... Are you going to stand here for the next hour and talk to me?" I told her "Yes I'm familiar with business, my boyfriend has a one." She ended with "Well he should give you a massage." SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Maybe she was having a bad day, however, the evidence of all of the various negative reviews stack up against her!
