Had a good time shopping as I usually do when I know what I want . Helped a lot when there's no pressure from Sales associate. Zach, was a good guy and provided a discount before I could even ask for it. They don't have a lot of mattress types as I might have liked but I found my firm mattress.
The 2 stars less are because of the rude and inconsiderate delivery man I have encountered. I just ordered a mattress and since I live in an apartment building, there's no disposal which I cleary understood.
2 guys came in but only carried the mattress for mere 2-3 mins walk. As I ask for help if they can at least bring down the old mattress at the side of the building for which I am prepared to give them a $10 tip- the guy who had me sign the receipt said 'No' right away. The other guy seems more sympathethic and asked the person if they can just do what I ask but even it is a No! Seriously, with that attitude - I'm glad I didn't put the tip for their delivery in the envelop right away. He doesn't seem to be happy with his job. I should have just find people with van to pick up my mattress- I'd most likely be happy sharing the delivery fee with them with no trauma.
Bottom line and as I have seen the previous review from 2015 with same issue - DON'T use their delivery service at all as much as possible. IF you need to use their delivery and you think you can find another branch that has the mattress you are looking for - ask first if they only use one same delivery staff for all branches. if not, just go to the other branch!
