Discovered this by accident, but those are the best discoveries aren't they? Well if not for you I don't care, but this place has the best pho I've ever had. No joke, hands down, best pho I've ever had.
Even though I'm white I like to think I know good viet cuisine when I have, I was thoroughly surprised at how good the pho was. The place had a funny smell, could have been my company, but bla bla bla THE PHO IS GOOD!!
