Currently in contact with the BBB, as they gave me an 88 point drop on my credit score for a delinquent account I don't have. can't believe these people are still around. Please ask around before getting a loan, especially if you're considering Wells Fargo. I keep calling them and I have to tell their agents my story over and over again, and at the end I receive the same answer we'll take care of it, it's processing. I call that lying to the customer, thank you Wells Fargo for giving me a terrible experience in my first auto loan.
