Happy to give yet another great review to the Flores team. They have been our go to solution since 2012 and have yet to disappoint. Had an A/C unit acting up just before the holiday and Jorge and his assistant were right on time as has always been our experience. He fixed the AC so we now don't have to disrupt our holiday and the price was reasonable. And as they have done with every single visit over the years, they take the time to show me what the issue is, not to justify what they are doing but to educate me so that I can be an informed consumer. Above all, we trust these guys. I'm overly cautious when it comes to service repairs and it's a rare find when you can be certain you have someone you can trust. We highly recommend Flores.
