This was a beautiful setting by the pool. The issue I had was with a drink that I ordered. I ordered two sprites (2 x $6.00) and a Grand Pina colada ($18.00) with an ($5.00)extra shot (Expected Total- $35.00+tax). The bartender went on the other side of the bar door to fix my drink and came back with a souvenir cup with my beverage in it. She handed me the bill and I gave her my card, not even inspecting the ticket because I didn't order much. When she handed me the charge back to sign, I realized I was charged $56.29. I looked at the receipt and noticed a $22.00 upcharge for the 32 oz. cup. I questioned the bartender about it and she convinced me it was better buy. I figured it would be a strong drink and since it was in a large cup I could probably share it. I slurpped it down in about 30 minutes by myself and waiting to taste the alcohol or feel a buzz and it ended up just being $40.00 wasted on a slushie!!! I've emailed the hotel but I haven't received any real attention to the issue. I absolutely feel cheated! Don't get the 32 oz. souvenir cup. It's a rip off!!!
