This is such a fun experience! I'd recommend this tour to anyone in Charlotte whether you're visiting or been living here for years!
Purchasing your ticket is easy - just pick your time slot online and then show up on time. They send you reminders with your ticket so that's a nice touch. You can park in the 7th street garage and get your ticket validated so that's always a win.
Also it's BYOB!!! Whoop! You can bring beer and wine for your tour. They have can openers, cups and allow coolers! So bring as much as you'd like! If you forget your booze there's a shop in the 7th street market where you can grab some beer or wine before you go!
Then be prepared to laugh. From the moment you get on the bus you're laughing! I really encourage you to let loose and have a good time! Talk to your neighbors, wave at folks walking by! Yell out the windows and take plenty of pictures! It makes the experience so much better!
The energy on our bus is great. I loved Brandon! He was so funny and kept us laughing the whole time! And some of the facts about the city were quite interesting!
And just in case you're wondering - You make one stop so you can run to the bathroom and stretch your legs.
