we booked this hotel in combination with a flight via Expedia. It was for my friends wedding but we had a budget. I am local and know this hotel is great location and good value.
The check in was fast, not super friendly but hey :)
the room was small but clean. The bathroom is cute and it was clean!!
Everything hardware is old and authentic. I think you get a good value.
the bed is a bit old though, it was sinking in a lot for my husband, i think it is a spring mattress. I did sleep ok
Bad thing though: ask for a room NOT facing the alley!! the dump truck will pick up trash EVERY day at 7am!!! And it is super loud!
The restaurant is good to have and lines can be long but worth it.
I would stay again and I would recommend all my out of town friends. It is a good value and a historic part of the city!
