Highly recommend Tony Hecht! We are approaching the end of our 1 year anniversary of our new build home and the warranty is about to expire. Thankfully when you buy a new home you get on all sorts of lists (wanted or not) and we received a mailing from Tony Hecht about doing a final inspection before the warranty ran out. Our inspector found many things that needed attention and we are able to put in a warranty claim before it's too late. If you have bought a new home, do your due diligence and hire Tony Hecht to do a final inspection prior to your new home warranty running out.
