If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Awful experience! Awful service! Don't waste your time or money! The only way I would ever go back is to DEMAND a refund!
A friend and I went to get pedicures one afternoon and after waiting for over an hour and a half in the waiting area, they sat us down in COLD water and disappeared for another half hour/ forty-five minutes.. She also made me walk across the tile floor with wet feet to pick a new color because they didn't specify which were gel colors and which were regular.
At the counter where you sign in, there is no list or breakdown in service so when you write pedicure, assume that they will do what they want. Literally awful - they charged an extra $10 to exfoliate my feet?! $38 for her to not even trim my toenails?! She didn't even paint my toes evenly. The one dripped and gathered on the side of my nail. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF THEY CHIPPED THE DAY AFTER!!! What a waste
