WORST HOTEL SERVICE. Went to the front desk to check in. Lady had a really bad attitude and was being rude. Don't know if she had a bad day or something but she was not professional. Checked into my room. Had a really bad odor and the sheets had stains. Went back to the front desk to talk to the same lady (I didn't get her name). SHE DIDN'T WANT TO SWITCH OUR ROOM. Talked to the manager and they settled it finally after 20 minutes going back and forth. This morning I called the front desk 5 Times. No answer. Called house keeping 3 times and no answer as well. Went downstairs and another worker was just on her phone at the front desk. I let her know I called plenty of times and she acted like she didn't hear me. I asked for some towels and she seemed so mad that I asked for such a simple thing. Moral of the story THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE ARE RUDE. I know it's not a high end hotel but the employees should make you feel welcome. Never coming to this hotel again and neither should you unless it's an emergency.
