I make a habit never to write a review unless I've had extensive experience with a vendor, as sometimes things go well until you write the review and then they go downhill. So after almost two years of having my house cleaned by Kimberly's every other week, I can say they do a terrific job. In all that time, we had one time when the cleaning wasn't as good as usual, and Kimberly offered to have her employees come back over and redo the house. I declined, as they hadn't done a bad job, just not as good as usual. I do find that Kimberly's is a bit more expensive than other services, but I feel like we get a lot more too. Things like door frames and the top of the refrigerator are always done, as are the ceiling fans and the microwave. And, they pull out all the furniture to vacuum behind it. In addition to doing a really thorough clean, they always do something extra. I'm not usually home when they come, and we've never had a problem with that either. On the few times we have come home while the cleaners are here, they're very pleasant.
