Not bad as full service salons/spas go. I only use their waxing services and they make it relatively painless. You can get an amazing amount waxed in just 15 minutes.
PROS: really easy to get an appointment time, they take walk-ins (for waxing at least), offer pretty much every salon/spa service you can think of, and easy parking.
CONS: no hard wax -- they supposedly offer it, but whenever I ask for it specifically my aesthetician always convinces me otherwise, they push product like crazy, and it's a little pricey.
Overall, fast, convenient, and nice facilities. Just wish they would use hard wax upon request.
