Another addition to the high end department stores. My exposure to this store while living south was limited to a particular brand they sold as it wasn't available elsewhere, I never quite liked their other offerings there as it wasn't my style of clothing. In US they are not quite to the level of Saks/Neiman/Bergdorf/Barneys IMO so that was an odd place as they were above Macy's but not quite luxury. Their Canadian offering competes directly with the top end of the market. As for the variety/styling on offer again I think its a matter of personal taste so you either like their style of clothing or don't. The service was great a bit better than their competitors IMO. A bit disappointed that they don't offer Tod's shoes (sold in their stores in US) the other variety is decent as they cover a wide range of designers. Setup and service inches it to 4 stars in my book.
