I really liked living at Sun Valley Ranch. The front office staff is helpful when you need them. I had a bit of a snafu with the exterminator. I had a wasp nest by my front door and on my balcony. It took him three trips before he was able to find both of them. Not sure how hard he was looking. They were supposed to upgrade my thermostat, but a year after providing them the info they requested, it was never been done. My apartment was nice because it was off to the side yet still rather close to the pool which is open all hours. The gym is super convenient but a little small. If you work out during the day it's no problem. The front office takes packages which is helpful, but you have to get there during office hours to retrieve them. It's a quiet complex and would definitely recommend living here if you're looking in East Mesa.
Every unit has a washer and dryer which is an awesome convenience.
As a bonus, the bar Denim and Diamonds is walking distance. Great for dancing!!
