I just have to say I was impressed with my RC Willey experience early this month, I just haven't had the time to write the review. Zachary helped the wife and I find an excellent deal on a washer and dryer without being pushy and he seemed genuinely helpful. I wasn't expecting that kind of service but it was really great to see, we were having a stressed day until then. He was telling us that we would get the set delivered on the next morning and I didn't really believe that but I agreed. That was really the eye opener and the reason I decided to write this review, it was just like Zachary said. The set was delivered earlier on Saturday even though we had made the purchase at about 6:30pm that Friday night, the day before! Incredible you don't get that kind of amazing service anywhere! Ultimately I felt like I got a great discounted price, excellent advice and service caped off by a successful delivery and installI hope my next visit will be just as satisfying because I'm going to need a few items for our new home. I have to say that i wasn't really looking forward to going to RC Willey on the night we went because it had been a while and back then the experience of purchasing and having to wait so long for the product left a bad taste and I just seemed that mentally I probably made it my last choice to go back if I really needed something but that has definitely changed. Great job to all those that helped with the sale, finance and delivery.
