Update: came in this morning. It was pretty slow, so the staff wasn't busy. I very obviously was interrupting their conversation. Was asked basic questions. Woman at the counter did not say thank you, just "mmhmm" and immediately grabbed her phone and continued her conversation before I was even done signing the tablet.
The ladies behind the counter are being incredibly loud. And loudly gossiping about who I am assuming is another coworker. Uncomfortable environment.
Customer service is still severely lacking here. The product is great, guys! Don't ruin it with poor customer service!
