I wanted to love this place. It is huge, taking up several rooms, filled with some good quality baby and kid stuff. We went during a 50 percent off toy sale and my toddler had a blast picking out books and toys. However, they overcharged me for a book that was supposed to be $1 for $5. Only $4, but still. That was more than it would have been new. I called to tell them and emailed the receipt plus the price tag on the book, and they took a few days to get back to me and said the only thing they could do was for me to return to the store, and they would give me the $4 back. Couldn't mail me a check or refund my cc over the phone. We live about 20 minutes away, and it wasn't worth it to go all the way back up there for $4, but this has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I won't go back. I do follow them on facebook and they post items as they get them, but no amazing deals. I found the staff to be young and kind of unprofessional when I was there as well, they were gossiping loudly about their personal lives and those of others, rather than helping customers.
