Very disappointed. I started shopping elsewhere for cheaper prices and because items weren't adequately restocked (i.e distilled water & produce) and the produce quality seemed to be declining (all remaining avocados were over-ripe mush, oranges turned out to be dry/bad). I really missed Presidents Choice products so I thought I would give it a try last weekend. I went right at 7am (in the past, this was a great time - first dibs at plentiful fresh produce). Well, never again, RCSS! They have clearly slashed their early-morning staff. The produce was slim pickin's from the day before. I had to pore over green peppers for a couple minutes before I found ones that weren't badly marked or soft. I couldn't buy pre-packaged spinach because they were all close to expiry and already appeared slimey, nor could I find fresh greens that were acceptable for purchase - I had to get the pre-packaged bok choy. There was only one employee at checkout and she was monitoring the automated checkout (it's not that I mind checking my own groceries, but it was just another indication of the cutbacks in service & quality I was witnessing). Then Monday, I peel an orange and it's like styrofoam and by Tues another orange was turning bad. NEVER AGAIN!
