I recently purchased a pre-owned boat from Dry Dock Boat Sales and was absolutely blown away at the level of service, integrity, and communication throughout the entire process, from every individual. Being an out of state buyer, I was concerned about the condition of the boat and any defects that may not be visible from the stock photos. Sheila and Linda went above and beyond to put these concerns to rest...inspecting the boat themselves *personally* with me on the phone and detailing every defect regardless of how minor it may seem to them. Sheila took this a step further and actually took a detailed video of the inside and outside of the boat for me - which was a huge help in confirming my decision to purchase the boat and make the 13 hour drive West.
Once I arrived at their showroom, I was instantly greeted with a smile by Sheila (probably the kindest and most honest salesperson I've ever dealt with) and then sent to check out the boat at their service center down the street. I was immediately greeted there by Bob and, again, was blown away at the level of service, attention to detail, and knowledge / experience from Bob and the entire crew. As a first time boat owner, I don't have a lot of experience in what to look for in a used boat. Bob took me through the entire thing piece by piece and gave me a detailed history of all the work he'd done on the boat, walked through all of the systems, etc. I was concerned about the cover flapping in the wind on the 13 hour drive home...so he purchased a strap kit for me, and personally secured the cover to the trailer...without me even asking! Of course my trailer harness wasn't a match for the boat either - so he purchased an adapter and got me all set up. Honestly - I don't know what I would have done without him - can not say enough about how helpful this group is.
Thanks to their entire team for making this such a great experience start to finish.
