Dude got in my car while I was waiting in the "lounge" for the tires to be rotated. WHY? There was no need to get in my car for over 5 minutes. Got in -- without a grease mat for the floor -- or a cover for the seat in his grimy clothes (on my light tan seats). WHY?? I mentioned it to the Mgr - he said "hey its not like he stole anything - we have cameras." Wait -- what?? I never said he stole anything - I just wanted to know WHY he was in there to begin with. The Mgr told me that the dude was resetting my "oil life' message --- Umm.... but the mgr had ALREADY reset that with me (standing outside of the car) while I was sitting in the car. So, if he knew that was what he was doing in the car - why didn't he say "hey bud I already did that -- and by the way - don't get in the customers car without permission OR mats and seat covers"?
I have been to this location 40-50 times --- nope -- not again. Service has slipped -- NOT COOL -- stay the f*@k out of the car.
