We needed quartz countertops installed in our kitchen. We bought the countertops from Lowes who uses Rocksolid Stone Works as their installer.
The pros?
- The countertop is in.
The cons?
-The installers were unprofessional,
-They swore more than sailors.
- They were generally rude and unresponsive.
- Despite having measured, the sink now was too close to the front of the cabinets, so the tilt out drawers didn't have clearance, so they had to come out
-They removed the corner braces from the cabinets.
-They gouged the cabinet doors,
-They cut the hole for the soap dispenser too far away from the sink.
I can't recommend Lowes for installation services if this is the caliber of "professional" installers they choose. They say they are committed to customer satisfaction, but that's obviously untrue, actions speak louder than words.
This company has to work on training their staff in basic civility and manners, then maybe customer service too.
