They have an office on Smoke Ranch as well, just FYI. I am not pleased with Las Vegas Radiology, LLC. Not only are they incessant with phone calls to schedule immediately, but they are pushy and rude on the phone. I recently called to verify with my insurance company if they were in network. Assuming that this clinic only has ONE name, I gave Blue Cross their business name -- Las Vegas Radiology LLC on 7500 Smoke Ranch Road. They were not in network and to avoid extra charges, I went with another clinic. I cancelled my appointment via voicemail on Sunday, yet they called SEVEN times from 8am to 9am to verify my scheduled appointment. What??? Don't they check their messages or are they that pushy? It was ridiculous. I finally answered the cell phone which, by the way, would immediately ring after they call the house number, so in total there were FOURTEEN calls in one hour--they called to verify my scheduled time. I again told them that I spoke with someone an hour ago to take me off the schedule. She then proceeded to ask why. I informed them that BCBS didn't have them on their in-network list, so I went with another clinic. Can you believe that this lady, Jenn, gave me attitude and actually told me, "well I wish you would've called me first because we have several DBA's and we see BCBS patients all the time". How am I supposed to know that crap in the first place? Also, there were no records of the approval request with BCBS for any MRI referral at all, so none of their DBA's checked first before scheduling me. I would have done an MRI and possibly paid out of pocket! She told me next time to talk to her because they know better. Really? Attitude and incessant calls are rude and unnecssary. I will NEVER EVER deal with this radiology clinic again, and I suggest you stay away, too.
