I have 10+ years working on bikes so I usually bring my bikes to shops only if I'm feeling lazy. Had some cabling work done here but ended up having to re-do both brake cables (heads up that the quick release on the caliper is meant to make the wheels easier to remove...the way it was adjusted makes no sense). Probably will also re-do the shifter cables as well. If this is your business, just make sure the job is done right the first time. There are enough good bike shops in Cleveland that there are alternatives.
