I've been a patient since 1998. Like most physician offices, you'll often wait past your appointment time if you're not the first appt of the day. But when your physician or PA comes in, they take their time with you and provide excellent care making it worth the wait. The 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the wait time. In every other way, this practice is great and the physicians even remember details about my other family members (also patients) whose charts they are not referencing. I think this illustrates the "caring" part of Caring for Families. I travel to Ahwatukee to continue patronizing this practice even though it is no longer convenient to where I live. It's hard to get care like this anymore imho.
