Sweet Republic is my favorite ice cream spot in the valley. I love how creative they get with their flavors! Last time I was in, I tried the Pumpkin Spice flavor and paired it with my usual - Real Mint Chip. The Pumpkin Spice was autumn perfection! I also love their Honey Lavender when they have it in the case. I really appreciate that they aren't afraid to experiment with flavors that may seem a bit "out there". The Basil Lime Sorbet is summer in ice cream form, Real Mint Chip is about as refreshing you can get with a cup of mint ice cream, and Almond Buttercrunch or Salted Butter Caramel are two trustworthy fallbacks. Really, you can't go wrong here. Get your ice cream scoops (let's be honest, you aren't getting only one) in a house-made waffle cone with bacon brittle if you're feeling fancy!
