It's quite unfortunate how misleading this company is. Don't expect anything. And if you leave with nothing, trust me, you are better off. After a significant amount of research, I still came up short before my journey to highlands resort. But after going there, I would personally like to tell everyone that this is a scam to get a few things from you. Those two things are time & money. If you fall short of giving them one of those, you are in for a rude awakening. You will immediately begin to see the staff turn on you after you kindly decline their offer. (There are better deals out there than getting 16.9% interest rates & hidden fees left and right). You are basically given heresay information instead of facts. "Know your business" would be my advice to the company. This company "Highlands resorts" is not bbb accredited & will imply they are apart of "Wyndham resorts" which has a A+ rating so it makes them have a A+ rating as well. I would laugh but I will refrain. This is a Complete joke as the gentleman stated above me. They do business on a regular basis with several known scamming companies, Odenza being one of them. Thanks for reading. Do your research past their personally written reviews. They probably paid someone for that too. READ THE FINE PRINT
