Went back for another haircut yesterday, was able to get an appointment with Krista on short notice and...OMG, she did it again! Great haircut, friendly service, and still sooo easy on the eyes. Borg counts consistency as one of the elements of professionalism. Must be obvious that I'm pulling for this Lady Jane's business - and it's my only 5 star rating...again! Exceeds my expectations, good work.
