We have been through 4 pool companies in almost 3 years. Why? Because they all want to nickel and dime you. You know- a leak here a leak there but never able to show proof when you ask them to show you the problem. They just want you to agree to fix it. So so so frustrating! BUT I am so thankful for Desert Diamond Pools because they are HONEST, they don't recommend unneeded service, they are hard working and have a great report system for your weekly visits- giving you full reports including a new picture of your pool automatically emailed to you after each visit. You can even track where your pool tech is via GPS. Cody the owner and our tech Tyler have been great and I highly recommend them to anyone with a pool!
