Love the idea of the Mac n Gold Food Truck... I have had it a few times, but this lunch was not cooked properly this afternoon. My chicken was not fully cooked, and when I took a bite it was chewy- so when I looked through my meal, I found several pink pieces of chicken. Not sure how many I had eaten, & I'm hoping I do not get sick. I fully support local businesses, but this needs to be checked and temped before served to customers.
