Be prepared for a long wait. I went there 3 times in a 2 week time frame and waited 30+ mins each time. Daniel is good but service from others is a hit or a miss. You almost feel like they don't want your business or just don't care. If you are there for just a sim card, they make you wait, ignore and make excuses getting to you (maybe they don't make any commission out of sim card sales?). I recommend the Chandler fashion mall store, at least you get quicker service there.
