The staff is very nice and there's a bus stop right out front that will get you to CSU, the Agora, etc. I would recommend for a one night stay where you won't spend much time in the room (in town for a game or concert). Our room was clean and didn't smell of smoke, although there are smoking rooms. The amenities are very limited, though, and there was a water stain on the ceiling. The soap and shampoo is probably the same quality you would get in prison, so bring your own if that's a consideration. We looked at the free breakfast but ended up eating elsewhere. It was basically cereal and English muffins. They do have juice, coffee and tea, as well. There is free wi-fi that had a very strong signal, which is always a plus.
