Don't bother with this place. Red flags everywhere. When I called to inquire about services, Michelle kept cutting me off while speaking. I set the appointment anyway. The next day I got a call from the office canceling the appointment. I didn't have time to reschedule that day, and then the following day I received multiple emails and texts. Some confirming the appointment, some asking to reschedule. I then noticed the web site lists an address on Roosevelt, but has a map for an address on 7th Street. The appointment reminder text lists a THIRD address on Indian School. I called to reschedule, but no one answered. I replied to the email expressing my frustration and questioning what the correct address is. Michelle responded by arguing that she gave me the info when I first scheduled. Can't imagine going through all this aggravation with each appointment, and confidence in their ability to handle and health issues is shot.
