I ordered an Office Depot computer last week, and it was scheduled to ship via OnTrac. Supposed to arrive Monday. It didn't. Was promised arrival on Tuesday. Again, no computer. Same story again Wednesday! So now it's Thursday, my computer still has not been delivered. It's a long wait to get someone on the phone for customer service. *Update: Guy at the office says he's sent the driver special instructions to deliver it today (Thursday). "Shouldn't be any problems." I can only hope. **Update 2: Still has not come!!! This is beyond insane. I called customer service again today around 6, and they said, delivery runs until 10 p.m., so it will still come tonight. We had to cancel our evening plans to make sure we were home to receive the package. IT NEVER CAME. What in the world? The order tracking says they tried to deliver at 9 p.m., but we were home and no such thing occurred! I've never seen anything like this. What a terrible, incompetent company. ***Update 3: Latest chapter in an ongoing saga. Called late last night and offered to just come pick up the package from whatever facility they're holding it at. They took me up on that offer and were supposed to hold it there for pick-up today (Friday). But this morning I received notice that it's been put out on the truck again! Is anything these people say actually true? ****Final update: I finally got them to keep the package at their warehouse in Phoenix, and I drove there to pick it up myself. After all this, they never did actually deliver it to my house as they were supposed to. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED
