Of the various Zaras I've been to around the country, this one falls in the middle for me. It's not as pretentious as some and the store is huge. The women's clothing is upstairs while they have a decent selection of men's stuff downstairs.
I hadn't been in a Zara for a couple of months so I was pleased to see all the Winter stuff was out. I can find plain leggings for $10 and a cute dress for around $30 usually. But coats and shoes tend to be more than what the quality is worth. Still, the stuff is more classic (worn correctly) than trendy so it'll last for a while.
While in the store, no one really greeted me. I don't know if I prefer than over pretension though.
