Been going to this pharmacy for the past two years. Not because I want to - it's the only one within a reasonable distance that my insurance will pay for.
This pharmacy sucks. My average wait time to pick up a prescription in line or in the drive thru is over 30 minuets, but sometimes longer. You'd think a big chain like WALGREENS would have a more efficient system in place, but not this one.
And their automated refill system is always screwing up my refills. Recently I had to go an entire month without any test strips, because they screwed up my refills.
And they don't even care. They just treat you like you're an inconvenience.
