After reading the reviews prior to coming here, I wasn't sure what to expect. But since I am pickup up two pieces, I was just going to let my wallet dictate where I go. I pretty much knew what I wanted and service is second to me.
When I walked in, I was cheerfully greeted by the staff and they just told me to look around and call them if I wanted to see anything. This was on a early Sat morning and there were already several people there. I found the piece I wanted and the second piece I wanted, they didn't have in stock. I gave them a short list of Springfield .45s I wanted and after a quick call to their distributor, I was notified that what I wanted would arrive as soon as Tues. I eventually chose an alternate Springfield XDM that was in stock.
Also purchased a box of ammo that I asked for a discount since I was buying two pieces. The gentlemen spoke with the owner (Kilo?) who gave me a discount on the ammo and to my pleasant surprise, an additional small discount which I didn't expect. I'll be looking at another piece in the near future and I'll be sure to drop in again.
-Very competitive pricing similar to a show but without having to pay for entrance and parking.
-Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
-Plenty of ammo available.
The only con I can think of is that they are short on accessories.
