Being a frequent visitor of the Squirrel Hill store, I was so excited to hear of Margaret's plan to open another location in Carnegie - cuts a tunnel out of the trip for me! The Carnegie/Heidelberg store is just as awesome as the Main store. A great selection of teas (loose leaf, bags, and flowering) and herbs and all of the employees are very knowledgeable about benefits and effects of every item in the store. They can recommend anything to a customer from teas to boost your immune system to herbs that aid in muscle relaxation! They also sell a lot of accessories such as cute infusers, cups, mugs, and scoops. In addition to their tea focus, the store also stocks great coffee beans, various biscuits, candies, and snacks (to go with your tea!), as well as jams and local honeys. Be sure to check their website or Facebook for events, as they often have informal themed days such as Matcha Mondays and Rooibos steeping lessons. They also host educational tea classes to teach about history, proper storage, and proper preparation of tea!
