Just crazy/awesome. Somebody's insane vegan dream of serving the most meat-riddled artery-clogging dishes possible and making them all vegan. The menu literally is like "burger, rueben, cheesesteak, pulled pork..." I'd give them an extra point just for technical difficulty. That being said, I really liked my unchicken club sandwich. And I'm not vegan or veg.
