Unimpressive as Courtyards go. Older styling and decor compared to many.
The hotel smells must when you enter the lobby. My room on the third floor smelled musty and horrible. I noted a bad ceiling patch and wondered about prior water damage?
The HVAC controls won't let you set the temperature lower than 65 degrees in your room and it felt warm and stuffy all night.
Carpet in room is older.
Carpet in the elevator is dirty.
Seems mgmt is running a lean budget with the hotel
