Thank you so much Jasen and Brandi Cassady. We had our will and estate trust papers drawn up and filed through this firm. They were so friendly, knowledgeable and so very professional.
We met with Jasen directly and he was very cool about all the questions we had and we never felt rushed or like he was trying to over sell us. He was content and happy doing just a basic will or a revocable trust, which ever we wanted, he was fine with. We went with probate and revocable trust. Highly recommend! This firm is very timely also which we appreciated.
Our Family Trust folders are so beautifully organized and will make it very easy for family (our daughter) or whomever to read the lay out when that time comes.
No one likes having to deal with these issues, however Cassady Law Firm made it very easy, in addition to easing our stress.
I only gave it 4 stars because I wish the Summerlin location offered longer hours of operation with availability more days in the week . It made it a little hard for us to get off work and get to this location on W. Horzon Ridge in order to make a 4pm appt. We made it though, and it was worth all the challenges to get there.
