I cannot in good conscience keep this review up. I love Dr. Mascaro, but the office personnel, is another story. I didn't know Dr. Mascaro had sold his practice. His previous aesthetician told me about it and it made me realize why since started changing so much over a year ago. I agree with other reviewers regarding the changing personnel, like a revolving door. I was so happy when I found my old PCP. She made me realize that my natural thyroid pill is sold at the pharmacy. My co-pay is only $5. At Regenesis they sell you the pills for $20 a bottle. They never offered me a script to take to the pharmacy. I thought I didn't have that option. The last few visits, have taken more than an hour for me to see Dr. Mascaro. I don't know how they manage the visits, but the last 3 visits I waited between 1.5 and 2 hours. That is pretty crazy. Again, Dr. Mascaro is great, but I will just go back to my old PCP, she is amazing too.
