I went in one day after throwing out my back. My regular chiropractor is closed on Fridays so I had to try someone else. From what I could tell there are two doctors who generally work here. I saw the female (I'm sorry but I can't remember her name). When I went in I was in a lot of pain. The doctor went through some questions about past injuries and then proceeded to lecture me on I was not taking care of my back and how I would be in pain unless I did exactly what she said.
Finally the adjustment happened. She could not "pop" my mid back which is where I was having the issue. Regardless I did feel somewhat better. She then told me I would need to be back 3 times a week for two weeks, and once a week after that. Seemed excessive but I was willing to try it.
The session was over and I met with the receptionist who proceeded to try to sell me one of their packages. However, you can't buy a package for less than two months and you have to give them permission to automatically pull money from your account.
Over all I was unhappy with the way I was treated by the doctor. I felt as if I was being treated as a child who had done something wrong. The doctor was rude and condescending. Having to allow them to automatically charge my card is not something I would be comfortable with either. Ultimately I will not be back and won't recommend this place to anyone.
