I wish I could give negative stars. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS I DID NOT!!!!!! I tried ignoring the reviews when my warranty company assigned. The first tech they sent out told me the oven had a bad igniter. Then he went MIA for 2 weeks. Called this company to find out he was let go (SKETCHY). Then the "owner" came to my house to do the repair. My oven turned on so he said "its fixed" and left. Cut to 2 weeks later again, and my oven smells like burnt plastic. New company comes out and tells me this guy installed PLASTIC screws to hold the igniter in which thus melted, causing the oven to short out and quit working again. Now, because of the damage caused more parts are needed. Doubt home warranty will cover this, I plan to fight to the end with this. I refuse to ever let this company enter my home again. I'm lucky they didn't cause my entire house to burn down. If your warranty company assigns them - call back and request new. They have other options, trust me. Don't use this awful service tech. Meanwhile, I need to find a place to cater thanksgiving dinner from since I have no oven. Thanks Vegas Appliance Repairs!
