I am only giving this company one star because giving none or negative isn't an option! This is the laziest, most unprofessional, incompetent company I have ever encountered. My home warranty company used them to fix my washing machine. They sent the same man to my house 6 different times, and twice with another person. The only nice thing I can say about the company is that the technician is pleasant. Every time I called to follow up they ordered new parts. They couldn't even explain how they were ordering parts if they didn't know what the problem was. They are rude and give you a 4 hour window of when they will show up...but they show up at their leisure. I am tired of giving up a whole day to watch these people play with my machine then give me the run around. After almost 2 months without a washer they had the audacity to call me and demand more money for their incompetence. They shouldn't even be in business! Stay away at all costs!
