A very disappointing experience. Customer service is a joke here. The challenges were unorganized...no one knew what to do. The TV gave clues basically telling everyone what to do the whole time. No one really seemed to be enjoying themselves in out group of 11. I couldn't wait for it to be over so I could literally ESCAPE this terrible establishment. I emailed them that very night explaining the situation and requested a refund. It took 3 days for someone to respond to me and asked me what I needed help with. I explained again. And was ignored for several days. Finally, the manager emails me explaining that they will not be refunding our $70 (competitors are all cheaper). What a waste of money. I would have rather done 1000 other things for $70. What a joke.
