I was a victim of two separate rear-ended accidents within 56 days apart. My fiancé has been in two more accidents. Overall, the same vehicle has been in an accident 4 TIMES UNBELIEVABLE!!! And every single time we had taken the same vehicle to this shop 4x. Bob was there every step of the way. He provides such an utmost customer service and caring for me and fiancé (Russ). We would not want to take our vehicle to anywhere else but Caliber Collision at this specific location. Bob explained everything in detail and keep me up to date. Car is usually done within a week. The consistency and the continuous communication is very important to me not to mention it prevents any surprises. We truly LOVVVEEE CC and Bob for all the help he provided. He deserve a raise! Seriously. And the front desk was absolutely friendly and fast. I believe they are both the asset members of this company. Good company comes with great service and great employees.
